A fixação de implantes inclinados pode evitar a necessidade de enxertos ósseos, simplificar e encurtar o período de tratamento e ser a melhor indicação para pacientes geriátricos. Além disso, a técnica oferece a possibilidade de instalação de implantes mais longos, quando comparados aos convecionais.
