RESUMO
Este artigo analisa a constituição e funcionamento da rede de Apoio ao Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) em Mato Grosso, destacando-se as novas práticas e saberes de políticas e técnicas para fortalecimento dos atores municipais no processo de regionalização e de implementação do pacto pela Saúde no Estado. A rede é coordenada pelo Conselho de Secretários Municipais de Saúde de Mato Grosso (COSEMS/MT) com o apoio de instituições parceiras. Tem abrangência estadual com pontos de conexão e integração de profissionais, gestores e conselheiros em todas as 16 regiões, favorecendo a articulação nas principais áreas de atuação do conselho por meio da qualificação da gestão municipal e regional, do controle social em defesa do SUS e do fortalecimento institucional do COSEMS/MT.
ABSTRACT
This article examines the establishment and operation of the Network of Support for SUS in Mato Grosso, presenting new practices and knowledge about policies and techniques for strengthening local actors in the process of regionalization and implementation of the Healh's Pact in the State. The network is coordinated by COSEMS/MT, supported by partner institutions. It has the State coverage with points of connection and integration of professionals, managers and advisers in all sixteen regions, promoting joint action in key-areas of Council qualification of regional and municipal management, in defense of social control and institutional strengthening of the SUS and COSEMS.
