RESUMEN
El consumo de analgésicos por parte de los pacientes previo a la extracción dental es un hecho frecuente que enfrenta el profesionalen su consulta diaria, dado el posible sangrado post-extracción dental que presentan aquellos.En este trabajo se describe la fisiopatología de un Síndrome hemorragíparo de causa adquirida producto del efecto de los analgésicosen la hemostasis primaria, conocido como Tromboastenia.
ABSTRACT
The use of analgesics by patients prior to a dental extraction is a common fact that the professional faces in his daily activity,given the possible post-extraction bleeding that can take place.In this work, the physiopathology of an haemorrhagic syndrome of acquired cause produced by the effect of analgesics in theprimary haemosthasis known as thromboasthenia is described.
