RESUMO
Hemangiomas nasais são afecções muito raras. Hemangiomas ósseos, da mesma forma, selocalizam preferencialmente na coluna vertebral e no crânio. Os hemangiomas em ossos donariz, por sua vez, são afecções ainda mais raras. Na literatura pesquisada, são descritos32 casos. Todos estes, com comprometimento ósseo apenas, e de etiologia ainda obscura.Os autores descrevem o caso, em paciente de 49 anos, com história de tumoração nasal há10 anos, cujo tratamento realizado foi ressecção cirúrgica.
ABSTRACT
Haemangioma of the nasal bone are very rare pathology, as the bone haemangioma. They arelocate, in the most of cases, on the vertebral spine and skull. The nasal bone haemangiomaare pathology more rare. On the literature reviewed, there were related 32 cases, all of themwith just bone involved, and obscure origin.
