RESUMEN
Se propone un modelo capaz de unificar y sincronizar los procesos que facilitan la colaboración, el intercambio, la publicación y la recuperación de información multimedia y geoespacial entre las redes sociales virtuales distribuidas, que integran una infraestructura de datos espaciales. Para su desarrollo, se seleccionaron diversos programas de código abierto. Los servicios de información que se implementan, están orientados tanto a decisores, científicos y empresarios como al ciudadano común y se sustentan en herramientas Web 2.0.
ABSTRACT
It is proposed a model capable of unifying and synchronizing the processes that make possible the collaboration, exchange, publication and retrieval of geospatial and multimedia information among the distributed virtual social networks that integrate an infrastructure of spatial data. Different open code programs were selected for its development. The implemented information services are directed to decision makers, scientists and business-men, as well as to the common citizen. They are supported by Web 2.0 tools.
