Comunicación educativa desde la visión de la educación popular / Educative communication from the viewpoint of popular education

RESUMEN

La manipulación de la comunicación e información en un mundo caracterizado por la globalización es tema de actualidad, y está presente en todas las relaciones sociales; por lo que, al ser la comunicación parte de la evolución del pensamiento humano y representar la conciencia desarrollada en el hombre, es de vital importancia para la satisfacción de todas las necesidades humanas y determinante en el desarrollo futuro de los profesionales. La comunicación educativa debe propiciar, partiendo del educador, y teniendo en cuenta el contexto cultural, ideológico, político y social de los educandos, relaciones dialógicas y problematizadoras que favorezcan la formación integradora de los estudiantes universitarios, contribuyendo en la educación / formación de un hombre nuevo. El modelo pedagógico de la Educación Popular permite apreciar que existe la necesidad de perfeccionar las prácticas educativas en la escuela y, en especial, con los futuros profesionales, que necesitan para su labor: establecer una comunicación participativa con los sujetos actuantes; que consienta y promueva la autovaloración, el respeto al otro, la participación activa y consciente, enseñar a pensar, desde el diálogo, la coexistencia democrática, la comunicación interpersonal, la cooperación; facilitar la formación de nuevas capacidades para interpretar y resolver problemas mediante soluciones creativas; reconocer en la ejercitación de la crítica y la reflexión la fuerza generadora de la conciencia...

ABSTRACT

Manipulating communication and information in a world characterized by globalization is a current theme, and is present in all the social relations; being communication part of the human thinking evolution and representing the developed conscience in men, is of vital importance to satisfy all the human necessities and determinant in the future developing of professionals. Educative communication should propitiate, beginning from the educator, and taking into account the social, politic, ideological and cultural context of the learners, dialogic and challenging relations favoring the integral formation of university students and contributing in education/formation of a new man. The pedagogical model of Popular Education allows appreciating that there is a necessity of improving educative practices at school and, specially, with the future professionals; for their work they need: to establish a participative communication with the acting subjects; to allow and promote self-esteem, respect to others, active and conscientious participation, to teach how to think, from the dialogue, the democratic coexistence, the interpersonal communication, the cooperation; to facilitate the formation of new capacities to understand and solve problems through creative solutions; to recognize in the exertion of the critic and in reflection the generative force of the conscience.
