ABSTRACT
In lexical matter a tendency exists to suffer certain complex of linguistic inferiority that leads to think that it is preferable to use a barbarism, instead of using a proper term of mother tongue. A scientific text must be characterized by a clear and precise language that it results in a suitable writing; the use of terms of foreign languages is unnecessary if its equivalent in the own language exists. It is intended to demonstrate the existence of suitable terms in the rich Spanish Language to replace those that belong to other languages and are frequently used in the technical clinical laboratory language
