Lazer engajado? reconhecendo algumas práticas ciberativistas: uma análise das ações em torno da tag #meganao no twitter / Engaged leisure? recognizing some practices cyber activists: the network analysis of the tag#meganao at twitter

RESUMO

Este artigo objetiva discutir possíveis aproximações entre o ciberativismo e as práticas de lazer a partir da análise da mobilização contra a aprovação do Projeto de Lei de Crimes Digitais do senador Eduardo Azeredo. Buscando compreender as formas de organização, a estrutura e a dinâmica, procuramos desvendar as relações estabelecidas entre os atores em torno da tag #meganao no twitter. Como estratégia metodológica foi utilizada a Análise de Redes Sociais (com uso do software Ucinet) e a Análise de Conteúdo (com uso do software Atlas.ti). Percebeu-se que a utilização da rede para a articulação e a difusão de informações, com o intuito de mobilização, em prol de uma reivindicação, aponta para um uso do tempo de lazer que foge dos parâmetros mais comumente encontrados em uma sociedade de consumo, devendo, portanto, ser motivo de mais investigações por parte daqueles interessados no tema.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to discuss possible approaches between cyber activismand practice of leisure considering the present mobilization against the Digital Crimes Bill proposed by Senator Eduardo Azeredo. Searching for the comprehension of the Twitter tag #meganao ? considering its forms of organization, structure and the dynamic within the mentioned network ? we intend to unveil the relations established among the actors around the previous tag. The software Ucinet ? Social Network Analysis ? and the software Atlas.ti ? Content Analysis ? are used as methodological strategies in the present study. The analysis showed that the system used to articulate and disseminate information, in order to mobilize for a claim, indicates that the use of leisure time doesn?t follow the parameters most commonly found in a consumer society, and therefore, it needs to be more investigate by those interested in the subject.
