RESUMEN
En el valle de Casma a 375 km al norte de Lima, Perú se encuentra el complejo arqueológico de Sechín. En el se encuentra un majestuoso mural de piedra que rodea al edificio principal del complejo. Es aquí donde hallamos un petroglifo que proponemos constituye la representación de los órganos de la cavidad torácica.
ABSTRACT
In the Casma valley, 375 Km north of Lima, there lies SechinÆs archaeological site. There is an enormous stone wall surrounding the main building. There is where we found a petroglyph that we interpreted as a representation of the organs within the thoracic cavity.
