Crime, violência e responsabilidade na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea / Crime, violence and responsibility in contemporary psychoanalytical clinic

RESUMO

Partindo do texto de Lacan “Contribuições teóricas às funções da psicanálise em criminologia” e tomando como referência a releitura do mesmo feita por Serge Cottet, no artigo intitulado “Criminologie lacanienne”, este texto pretende atualizar a contribuição da psicanálise à criminologia, considerando o cenário da violência contemporânea no Brasil. Para isso, recorre aos conceitos lacanianos de passagem ao ato e acting-out para propor uma clínica do ato criminoso. O crime foi considerado na neurose e na psicose, mas o que se pretendeu destacar foi dimensão do ato criminoso na perspectiva dos novos sintomas.

ABSTRACT

Based on the text by Lacan “Theoretical introduction to the functions of psychoanalysis in criminology”, and the study of this work by Serge Cottet, in the paper named “Criminologie Lacanienne”, the present research intends to update psychoanalysis’s contribution to criminology by analyzing the contemporary violence scenario in Brazil. For that matter, we look into the concepts by Lacan of passage to the act and acting-out, in order to propose a clinic of the criminal action. The crime was considered in neurosis and in psychosis, but what was aimed to be pointed was the dimension of the criminal act in the perspective of the new symptoms.
