RESUMO
Após grande perda ponderal, resultante de gastroplastias ou de regimes dietéticos rígidos,além de todo corpo, as mamas também sofrem consequências acentuada flacidez e ptose,resultantes da absorção do tecido adiposo mamário. Algumas pacientes, no entanto, podemmanter as formas e volumes mamários anteriores à redução ponderal. Apresentamos nossoprotocolo de atendimento, planejamento cirúrgico (baseado nas formas mamárias encontradas),os resultados e conclusões do tratamento de 40 pacientes.
ABSTRACT
After the massive weight loss, resultant from gastroplasty or severe regimes, the breastsuffer the consequences accentuated laxity and ptosis, resultant of the absorption of themammary adipose tissue. Although, a few patients can maintains the original shapes andvolume, before massive weight loss. We present our surgical planning, treatment, resultsand conclusions of 40 patients.
