Psicoterapia autógena y psoriasis / Autogenous psychotherapy and psoriasis

RESUMEN

Se efectuó un ensayo clinicoterapéutico en todos los pacientes con psoriasis, atendidos en el Policlínico Docente 30 de Noviembre de Santiago de Cuba, desde octubre del 2005 hasta igual mes del 2006, para evaluar la efectividad de la psicoterapia autógena. Los integrantes de la casuística fueron asignados aleatoriamente a uno de 2 grupos los tratados con psicoterapia autógena asociada al tratamiento convencional (grupo de estudio) y los que recibieron tratamiento convencional (grupo control). Los datos obtenidos evidenciaron que al inicio del plan terapéutico todos los pacientes tenían síntomas de psoriasis en brotes, pero finalmente la terapia combinada resultó más efectiva.

ABSTRACT

A clinical therapeutical trial was carried out in all patients with psoriasis, assisted at 30 de Noviembre Teaching Polyclinic from Santiago de Cuba , from October, 2005 to October, 2006, to evaluate the effectiveness of the autogenous psychotherapy. The members of the case material were assigned at random to one of 2 groups those treated with autogenous psychotherapy associated to the conventional treatment (study group) and those that received conventional treatment (control group). The obtained data evidenced that at the beginning of the therapeutic plan all the patients had psoriasis symptoms in outbreaks, but finally the combined therapy was more effective.
