Riscos ocupacionais: das metodologias tradicionais à análise das situações de trabalho / Occupational risks: from traditional methodologies to analysis of labor situations

RESUMO

Tem-se por objetivo discutir a abordagem dos riscos ocupacionais segundo dois enfoques o tributário às metodologias tradicionais em segurança do trabalho, cujo enfoque de análise é o das normatizações determinadas por técnicos especializados na área e, outro, que propõe a participação dos trabalhadores. Como abordagem participativa, a referência é a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e a Ergonomia. A revisão da literatura indica que, embora haja esforço em implantar políticas públicas e de gestão, via participação mais efetiva dos trabalhadores, observa-se, ainda, uma supremacia de metodologias tradicionais na análise dos riscos ocupacionais. Analisam-se suas causas reafirmando a necessidade de novos enquadres teórico-metodológicos.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The objective sought after is to discuss the occupational risks according to two aspects the tributary one to traditional methodologies in labor security whose focus is the one of regulations set by qualified professionals in that field, and another one that suggests the participation of workers. As a participative approach, the reference is the Psychodinamic of Work and the Ergonomics. The revision of the literature points that although there is much effort for implementing management and public policies through a more effective participation of workers, a supremacy of traditional methodology in the occupational risk analysis is observed. Their causes are analyzed reassuring the need of new theoretical and methodological topics.(AU)
