RESUMO
O estudo teve como objetivo discutir como os usuários percebem o acesso às unidades básicas de saúde por meio do acolhimento. A metodologia foi descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, tendo como técnicas de coleta de dados a entrevista clínica e a observação assistemática aplicados aos 30 usuários que participaram. Os resultados, organizados em categorias temáticas, evidenciaram aspectos relacionados à ambiência,garantia de atendimento e acesso aos serviços especializados, e a necessidade da escuta nas instituições de saúde. A pesquisa aponta para existência de uma grande demanda de atendimento, como também uma rede informatizada em oposição à fragilidade do sistema de serviços hierarquizados. Finalmente, aborda a necessidade de reflexão sobre o desafio das equipes de saúde da família na construção de novas práticas de saúde, atreladas ao contexto social, à escuta das necessidades reais e simbólicas, ao diálogo e à troca de saberes entre usuário e profissional de saúde.
ABSTRACT
The main objective of this study was to discuss as users notice the access to basic health unities through sheltering. The study was descriptive with qualitative approach, having, as techniques to collect data, clinic interview and assystematic observation applied to 30 users.The results were organized into thematic categories, highlighting aspects related to ambience, certainty of attendance and access to specialized services, and the need of being heard in health institutions. The research points out to existence of great demand of attendance, as well as computer network in opposition to fragility of hierarchical services system. Finally, it approaches the need to reflect on the challenge family health staff face in the construction of new health practices, connected to social context, to hearing of real and symbolic needs, to dialogue and to users and health professionals knowledge exchange.
