RESUMO

Trata-se de uma revisão teórica sobre grupos operativos com adolescentes como prática educativa em saúde, levando em consideração tanto a tendência grupal manifesta durante a adolescência quanto a dinâmica, a estrutura, os princípios organizacionais e as finalidades do grupo operativo. Tem como objetivo oferecer aos profissionais de saúde reconhecimento desta estratégia como forma de educação em saúde e de enfrentamento das adversidades do cotidiano dos jovens, viabilizando e estimulando uma ação educativa que valoriza as vivências de cada participante.

ABSTRACT

This treats about a theoretician review about operative groups with teenagers as an educative practice in health considerating as the group tendency manifested during the adolescence, as the dynamic, the structure, the organizational principles and the finalities of the operative groups. Has as an objective, to offer to the professionals of health, recognition of this strategy as a form of education and health and of facing of the adversities of the youngsters’ quotidian, visualizing and stimulating an educative action that values the customs of each participant.
