RESUMO

Trata-se de um estudo de natureza quantitativa descritiva. Tem como objeto de investigação os parâmetros oxi-hemodinamicos apresentados pelos pacientes em ventilação mecânica durante a aspiração traqueal realizada pelo enfermeiro e sua equipe. Seus objetivos foram descrever a relação entre a aspiração traqueal e a variação de parâmetros oxi-hemodinâmicos em pacientes em prótese ventilatória invasiva, de acordo com a avaliação da equipe de enfermagem e, analisar o grau de importância atribuído pela equipe de enfermagem aos parâmetros oxi-hemodinâmicos antes e depois da realização da aspiração traqueal. O cenário do estudo foi uma UTI de um hospital geral privado do município do Rio de Janeiro....

ABSTRACT

One is about a study of descriptive quantitative nature. It has as inquiry object the oxihemodynamicsparameters presented by the patient in ventilation mechanics during the trackaspiration carried through by the nurse and its team. Its objectives had been to describe the relation between the track aspiration and the oxi-hemodynamics parameter variation in invasive patients in ventilatory device, in accordance with the evaluation of the nursing teamand, to analyze the degree of importance before attributed for the team of nursing to the oxihemodynamicsparameters and after the accomplishment of the track aspiration.
