ABSTRACT
44 years-old male patient with blisters and plates lesions in iris, chest, abdomen, upper and lower limbs, palms and soles, for four weeks. After repeated pathologycal studies, we were able only to diagnosticate multiform erythema, but the clinical course was unfavorable, with the arising of ulcerated lesions, which, in the histology, were compatible with cytotoxic CD8 T-cell lymphoma and aggressive epidermotrophism for this disorder.
