El objetivo de este artículo es relatar casos clínicos de dientes supernumerarios que se presentan en la clínica odontopediátrica y las alternativas de solución de acuerdo al caso, que puede ser con una simple extracción ó con un tratamiento quirúrgico.

The objetive of this case presentation is to describe clinical cases of supernumerary teeth can be found dentistry clinic and the alternative for solution, that can be a simple extraction or a surgical treatment.
