RESUMO
Neste relato, apresento uma breve revisão dos linfomas não-Hodgkin agressivos, um resumo histórico do tratamento e as alternativas terapêuticas existentes atualmente. Édiscutido o papel da quimioterapia em doses altas, seguida do suporte de células tronco-hematopoéticas no tratamento dos pacientes com linfoma não-Hodgkin agressivo.
ABSTRACT
A brief review of aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphomas is reported in this article, including a summarized report of treatment and the therapeutic alternatives which are availabletoday. The role of high dose chemotherapy followed by support of the tronco-hematopoeticas cells in the treatment of patients with aggressiue non-Hodgkin's lymphomas is discussed.
