Säo estudados os diagnósticos mais comuns em área rural durante o ano de 1986 e a utilizaçäo deste serviço pela populaçäo. Os cinco diagnósticos mais comuns foram infecçäo de vias aéreas superiores, revisäo e aconselhamento de educaçäo e saúde, enterobíase e todas outras helmintíases, hipertensäo arterial e estados e transtornos de ansiedade, classificados segundo a "Internacional Classification of Health Problems in Primary Care (1979 Revision) ICHPPC 2"
