RESUMO
Objetivos:
neste estudo é feito inquérito epidemiológico entre estudantes de Medicina da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) para avaliar os riscos biológicos envolvidos em seu processo de aprendizado.Método:
uma turma de alunos de medicina foi acompanhada durante o curso. Eles responderam a questionários individualizados em dois momentos, quando estavam no sexto e no décimo períodosResultados:
a prevalência de acidentes observada foi de 27,4%. O período com maior freqüência de acidentes foi o oitavo (47,4%). A forma mais comum de contaminação foi a perfuração de pele íntegra.ABSTRACT
Objectives:
in this article, epidemic exams in medicine students of Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG) try to evaluate biological risks related to the medicine learning process.Methods:
we followed a class of medicine students during the college. They answered epidemic exams individually in the sixth and tenth semesters.Results:
the prevalence of accidents was 27,4%. The eighth semester had the highest rate of accidents (47,4%). The most common way of contamination was perforation of healthy skin.
