Perspectivas docentes sobre a formação profissional em Educação Física paraatuação em contextos inclusivos / Perspectives of teachers about vocational education in physical education for practice in inclusive contexts

RESUMO

O estudo teve como objetivo analisar a perspectiva de professores responsáveis pelo componente curricular Educação Física sobre sua formação profissional para atuação em contextos educacionais inclusivos. Para tanto se apoiou no grupo focal, que contou com a participação de professoras da rede municipal de ensino de uma cidade paranaense. Os resultados encontrados indicam insatisfação em relação a suas qualificações profissionais para atuação em contextos inclusivos. Programas de formação continuada com caráter relacional, e que tenham os professores como protagonistas das reflexões/ações realizadas, podem contribuir para a superação das contradições enfrentadas na intervenção profissional em contextos educacionais pretensamente inclusivos.

ABSTRACT

The study aimed to examine the teachers' perspective responsible for Physical Education curriculum component on their vocational education for practice in inclusive educational contexts. To this end, it supported in focal group that included the participation of teachers of municipal schools in a city of Paraná. The results indicate dissatisfaction with their professional qualifications for practice in inclusive contexts. Continuing education programs with relational character, and having teachers as protagonists of the reflections and actions carried out, can help to overcome the contradictions encountered in the professional intervention in educational contexts allegedly inclusive.
