El empleo de herramientas informáticas en la investigación sistemática del discurso en psicología / The employment of software tools in systematic discourse research in psychology

RESUMEN

El autor se refiere al comienzo a los primeros ensayos de realizar estudios sistemáticos del discurso con un enfoque clínico o psicosocial en el país. Luego distingue entre diferentes niveles de análisis del discurso relatos, actos del habla, palabras, y su valor específico. Más adelante menciona los desarrollos de las dos últimas décadas en la investigación del lenguaje natural recurriendo a instrumentos informáticos, sobre todo diccionarios. Luego hace referencia a un instrumento desarrollado para la investigación de los deseos en la investigación clínica, el cual corresponde a un método más amplio, el algoritmo David Liberman (ADL). Para ubicar el lugar del diccionario en el contexto de los instrumentos de investigación del método, describe algunos rasgos generales de los conceptos y los niveles de análisis del método. Se refiere brevemente a los estudios con el ADL de 1) escenas relatadas (mediante la investigación de los relatos), 2) escenas desplegadas en el vínculo (mediante la investigación de los actos del habla, los componentes paraverbales y la motricidad), y 3) palabras (mediante el diccionario computarizado). Expone también ciertos rasgos de las comparaciones entre los resultados de los análisis aplicando los diferentes instrumentos del ADL. A continuación, presenta sumariamente algunos rasgos generales del diccionario conceptos, cantidad de palabras, preparación del material, funciones del mismo en el análisis del material. Tras ejemplificar las diferentes funciones del diccionario, el autor hace referencia a algunos breves ejemplos de su empleo en la investigación clínica.

ABSTRACT

In the first place the author refers to the first intents in the country to carry out systematic studies of discourse with a clinical or psychosocial approach. Then the author differentiates the different levels of discourse analysis: narrations, acts of speech, words, and their specific value. After that the author mentions the developments of the past two decades regarding natural language research by means of information technology tools, especially dictionaries. Then the author refers to an instrument developed for the investigation of wishes in clinical research, which integrates a more comprehensivemethod, the David Liberman (DLA) algorithm. To situate the dictionary in the context of the research instruments of the method, the author describes some general features of the concepts and levels of analysis of the method. He refers briefly to studies with the DLA of 1) narrated scenes (through the narrations research), 2) scenes deployed in the relationship (through the investigation of acts of speech, paraverbal components and motricity), and 3) words (through the computerized dictionary). Then the author presents certain traits of the comparisons between the results of the analyses ensuing from the application of the DLA instruments. Next the author summarily presents some general features of the dictionary concepts, number of words, preparation ofthe material, functions of the dictionary for the analysis of material. After illustrating the different functions of the dictionary, the author refers to some brief examples of its use in clinical research.
