RESUMEN
Fundamento desde años se han incrementado las solicitudes sonográficas por manifestaciones intra y extraintestinales de enteroparatasitosis; real y eminentemente diagnosticables por interrogatorio.

Objetivo:

concientizar el fallo diagnóstico que induce mayor gasto en ecografías.

Método:

se estudiaron en el Hospital Municipal Clínico-Quirúrgico Docete Armando E. Cardoso de Guáimaro, del catorce de Febrero al veintiocho de Julio de 2006, tres mil cuatrocientos sesenta y un pacientes ecografiados. Se recogieron datos de interrogatorio y laboratorio, donde se aplicó el método de tarjado.

Resultados:

el 24 por ciento presentó síntomas intra y extradigestivos de enteroparasitosis; comprobándose la causa en 180 (5,2 por ciento). El 43 por ciento de las ginecopatías se asoció a enteroparasitosis. Las uropatías relacionadas fueron urosepsis a repetición las mujeres, y falso prostatismo. El peso diagnóstico para giardiasis recayó en la desdeñada constipación.

Conclusiones:

» de los ultrasonografiados presentó enteroparasitosis cuyos síntomas básicos fueron biliares y pépticos; la giardiasis usualmente estreñimiento; varios presentaron cuadro urinario o ginecológico secundario; todos eran de eminente diagnóstico clínico.
ABSTRACT

Background:

from years the sonographic requests have been increased by intra and extraintestinal manifestations of enteroparatasitosis; real and eminently diagnose by interrogation.

Objective:

the diagnostic failure that induces greater expense in echography.

Method:

a descriptive study to three thousand four hundred sixty-one patients was carried out in the Municipal University Hospital Armando E. Cardoso of Guáimaro, from February 14 to July 28 2006. Interrogation and laboratory data were picked up, where tarjado method was applied.

Results:

the 24 percent presented intra and extradigestive symptoms of enteroparasitosis; being proved the cause in 180 (5,2 percent). The 43 percent of gynecopathies was associated to enteroparasitosis. The related uropathies were urosepsis to repetition in women, and false prostatism. The diagnostic weight for giardiasis relapsed in constipation.

Conclusions:

» of the ultrasonographied patients presented enteroparasitosis whose basic symptoms were biliary and peptic; giardiasis usually constipation; several presented urinal or secondary gynecological pictures; all were of eminent clinical diagnosis.
