RESUMEN
Presentamos 21 casos de fístulas ureterovaginales. 18, fueron unilaterales, 1 bilateral y 2 combinados con fístula vesico-vaginal. La etiología más frecuente fué histerectomía simple. Los métodos correctivos fueron Leadbetter-Politano en 12 pacientes, Bori-Cassatti en 5, Leadbetter-Politano + Fistulectomía vesical 1, Boatri-Cassatti + Fistulectomía vesical 1. En un caso nefrectomía por exclusión renal. No hubo fracasos postoperatorios
