Os professores de educação física diante das determinanações externas / Teachers of physical education against the external determination

RESUMO

O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar as manifestações dos professores de Educação Física, atuantes nas séries iniciais do ensino fundamental da rede pública estadual paulista, acerca da proposta pedagógica elaborada pela Secretaria de Educação de São Paulo no ano de 2003, quando aconteceu o retorno da atribuição de aulas para o professor especialista em Educação Física. Foram entrevistados seis professores da Diretoria de Ensino da Regional Campinas Oeste (Derco), sendo três experientes e três iniciantes na docência em 2003. Por um lado, os professores atribuíram valor às cobranças, pois se sentiram valorizados; por outro lado, não concordaram com as cobranças impostas sem que tivessem sido ouvidos, além de questionarem as cobranças que não veem a realidade escolar.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to investigate the manifestations of teachers of Physical Education actives in the initial series of Basic Education in the public schools of Sao Paulo, about the pedagogical proposal elaborated by the Secretariat of the Education in the year of 2003, when happened the return of the attribution of lessons for specialist teacher in Physical Education, six teachers of DERCO (Directionof Education of the Regional West Campinas ) had been interviewed, three experienced and three beginning ones in the teaching in 2003. Some teachers had attributed value to the collections, since they had been felt valued, but, on the other hand, they do not agree to the collections imposed without their complacence, beyond questioning the collections that do not see the reality pertaining in the public schools.

RESUMEN

El objetivo de este estudio fue investigar las manifestaciones de los profesores de educación física, el trabajo en los primeros grados de la escuela pública elemental en Sao Paulo, el enfoque pedagógico desarrollado por el Departamento de Educación en 2003, que vio el retorno de la asignación de las clases, los profesores especialistas en educación física. Entrevistamos seis maestros del DERCO (Junta de Educación de la Oest Regional de Campinas), tres con experiencia y tres debutantes en la enseñanza en 2003. Maestros del valor atribuido a los cargos, ya que se sienten valorados, pero por otro lado, no está de acuerdo con las cargas impuestas sin ser oído, y cuestionar la realidad de las escuelas.
