A mediação entre conhecimento e práticas sociais: a racionalidade da tecnologia leve, da práxis e da arte / Mediation between social knowledge and practices: the rationale of soft technology, praxis and art

ABSTRACT

This paper analyzes three rationales used to understand the relationship between knowledge and practice. It acknowledges and criticizes the hegemony of the technological rationale, and points out that use of the concept of soft technology does not resolve the typical epistemological reduction of the technical rationale when it studies social practices, management and healthcare work. An analytical and conceptual method is suggested to analyze social practices and healthcare work, using a technological rationale, in addition to that of the praxis and the art.

RESUMO

Este trabalho analisa e compara três racionalidades utilizadas para compreender a relação entre conhecimento e prática. Reconhece e critica a hegemonia da racionalidade tecnológica, identifica que o emprego do conceito de tecnologia leve não resolve a redução epistemológica típica da razão técnica quando estuda as práticas sociais, a gestão e o trabalho em saúde. Sugere um método analítico conceitual para o estudo de práticas sociais e do trabalho em saúde, utilizando-se a racionalidade tecnológica, da práxis e da arte.
