Os autores relatam a rara ocorrência de dois casos de fratura do componente tibial em artroplastia total do joelho, fazem uma revisão da literatura e discutem os principais fatores que podem causar as falhas dos implantes.
ABSTRACT
The authors report the rare occurrence of two cases of fracture of the tibial component in total knee arthroplasty. They review the literature and discuss the main factors that can cause failure of the implants.
