A systematic searchwas performed in the electronic databasesBioMed Central Gateway, Bireme,CINAHL, Cochrane library, LILACS,MEDLINE, PEDro, SCIELO. We reviewedonly randomized clinical trials. Results:
Three studies were reviewed. The Gibney basket weave technique iseffective in improving the sensory-motorsystem, but the Mulligan techniqueand the association of three techniques(ankle stirrups, ankle lock and figure of6) didnt show to be effective. Conclusion:
There is no evidence about the bestBAR in the improvement of proprioception.
