ABSTRACT
Eccrine angiomatous hamartoma (EAH) is a rare and bening tumor that appears at birth or in chilhood. It affect predominantly the acral region (eccrine glands s regions). The clinical appearance is heterogeneous papule, nodule or tumor with different size, with or without associated pain, hypertrichosis or hyperhidrosis. The clinical differential diagnosis includes hemangioma of infancy, eccrine nevus and tufted angioma amongst others. Histologically it presents a combination of proliferative eccrine and vascular elements. Due to pain or cosmetic concern, the preferred treatment is the surgical removal. We present nine patients with heterogeneous clinical appearance AEH and the same histology.
