Bound-accessing Health System policies have been developed for indigenous peoples from Brazil and Mexico with different results One of the solutions to achieve a proper Healthcare System would be creating an intercultural approach of it. Despite having reached notable advances in so many areas, the achievement of Healthcare equity is still pending for the majority of the indigenous’ peoples from the Americas.
