RESUMO
Objetivo:
Abordar os fatores necessários ao desenvolvimento de um plano de ação no sentido da construção de políticas públicas saudáveis no âmbito habitacional. Síntese dos dados Como método utilizado conjuga-se conceito e prática da habitação saudável e de outros conceitos correlatos, como ambiente e entorno saudável, padrão de habitabilidade, fator de risco, atenção primária ambiental, vigilância em saúde ambiental e sobre as dimensões da habitação cultural, econômica, ecológica, sociológica e da saúde humana. Caracteriza-se, assim, a metodologia como aplicável a diagnósticos diferenciados para construção de espaços saudáveis e sustentáveis. A estratégia de habitação saudável aplicada à unidade residencial e à biossegurança é instrumento para avaliação dos fatores de risco presentes na gestão ambiental dos espaços e de seus resíduos.Conclusões:
O processo de transformação da unidade residencial em um espaço saudável e sustentável, que demanda o cumprimento de exigências básicas humanas, é fundamental a sua incorporação às políticas de saúde ambiental, cujas diretrizes são suportes necessários à realização de ações, sejam de cunho individual e/ou coletivo.ABSTRACT

To address the factors needed to develop an action plan towards building healthy public policy within the housing. DataSynthesis:
As applied method, we combine concept and practice of healthy housing and other related concepts such as environment and healthy surroundings, standard housing, risk factor, primary environmental care, environmental health surveillance and on the dimensions of housing cultural, economic, ecological, sociological and human health. Therefore, we characterize the methodology as applicable to different diagnoses for building healthy and sustainable spaces. The strategy applied to healthy housing and the residential unit is an instrument for biosafety assessment of risk factors in environmental management of spaces and their waste.Conclusions:
The process of transforming a residential unit in a healthy and sustainable space, which demands the fulfillment of basic human requirements, is fundamental to its incorporation into environmental health policies, which guidelines are needed to support implementation of actions, whether of individual and/or of collective nature.
