Os autores fazem uma revisão de literatura sobre metodologias de rastreamento mamográfico, bem como uma avaliação de sua efetividade. Discutem também etapas relacionadas à organização e adequação de um centro de rastreamento regional.
ABSTRACT
The authors review the methodologies of breast screening as well evaluation of its effectiveness. They also discuss conditions related to the creation and organization of a regional breast screening center.
