ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to compare the behavior of two commercial conic dental implants with internal and external hexagon. A three-dimensional model was elaborated using finite elements analysis. The implants were connected in the pre-molar position. The load values and materials properties were obtained in the literature. The results suggest that implants with internal hexagon transmit less stress to the bone, indicating to be better for this rehabilitation type.
