RESUMEN

Objetivos: determinar el Nivel de Conocimiento Sobre Medidas Preventivas de la Tuberculosis en los pacientes de la Estrategia Sanitaria Nacional de Tuberculosis en el Centro de Salud Tahuantinsuyo Alto 2009. Material y Método: Es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo, de corte transversal. Constituido por 30 pacientes con tuberculosis en tratamiento en esquema I, II, y Multidrogorresistente. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento un formulario tipo cuestionario. Resultados: En cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis, 12 (40 por ciento) de los pacientes tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio, 10 (33 por ciento) alto y 8 (27 por ciento) bajo. Respecto a las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en la dimensión patológica 5 (17 por ciento) presentan un nivel de conocimiento alto, 20 (66 por ciento) medio y 5 (17 por ciento) bajo. Respecto a las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en la dimensión Alimentación y Nutrición saludable 13 (43 por ciento) tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto, 13 (43 por ciento) medio, 4 (13 por ciento) bajo. Respecto a las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en la dimensión Higiene y Ambiente 4 (13 por ciento) tienen un nivel de conocimiento Alto, 24 (80 por ciento) medio y 2 (7 por ciento) bajo. Respecto a las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en la dimensión Descanso, Sueño y hábitos 8 (27 por ciento) tienen un nivel de conocimiento Alto, 9 (30 por ciento) medio, y 13 (43 por ciento) bajo. Conclusiones: El nivel de conocimiento sobre medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en los pacientes de la Estrategia Sanitaria Nacional de Tuberculosis es medio, Se trataría de un problema atribuible a los estilos de vida, actitudes y prácticas de los pacientes

ABSTRACT

Aims: Tahuantinsuyo Alto determines fue Level of Knowledge On Preventive Measures of the Tuberculosis in the patients of the Sanitary National Strategy of Tuberculosis in the Center of Health 2009. Material and Method: It is of applicative level, quantitative type, descriptive method, of transverse court. Conclusions: The level of knowledge on preventive measures of fue tuberculosis in the patients of the Sanitary National Strategy of Tuberculosis is average, it would be a question of a problem attributable to the ways of life, attitudes and practices of the patients
