Efecto de un traumatismo diagnosticado como subluxación en un diente temporal / Effect of dental trauma diagnosed as a subluxation in a primary tooth

RESUMEN

Se reporta el caso clínico de un traumatismo dentoalveolar en una niña de 3 años y 6 meses de edad con diagnóstico de subluxación que afectó a un incisivo central temporal superior izquierdo, que ocasionó la necrosis del tejido pulpar, absceso apical y destrucción del tejido óseo circundante a la raíz del diente, el cual fue tratado endodónticamente con éxito y con la regeneración ósea correspondiente.

ABSTRACT

We reported a case of a dentoalveolar trauma in a 3.6 year old girl with a diagnosis of subluxation that affected the primary upper central left incisor, that produced the necrosis of the pulp tissue, apical abscess, and destruction of the bone tissue around the root of the tooth, that was successfully treated endodontically and with the regeneration of bone tissue.
