Da depressão melancólica à expressão estética criativa: relato de caso / From melancolic depression to creative aesthetics expression

RESUMO

O estudo de caso da paciente N. tem por objetivo mostrar a importância do sentir afetado do corpo próprio (Leib) do doente e que pode ser desvelado na psicoterapia não só pela linguagem verbal, que envolve a expressão fisionômica, os gestos, a intensidade e a tonalidade de voz, mas também por meio das imagens pictóricas e dos contos.Certificam os autores que o paciente ao partilhar a experiência vivida tem por intenção significar o modo em que o sentir do corpo próprio (Leib) está afetado. Esses afetos que se inscrevem no corpo (Körper) são objetos dessa pesquisa, pois o enfermo intenciona dar significação aos fenômenos para que possa apropriar-se por meio da compreensãointerpretativa, de modo que torne consciente a direção e o sentido para o qual tende automover-se e mover-se e, assim, refletir, elaborar e ressignificar, reorientando-se no caminho da existência. Pode-se evidenciar nesse estudo de caso da paciente N. que seu mover-se foi da depressão melancólica ao estado estético criativo.

ABSTRACT

The case study of patient N. aims to demonstrate the importance of the very body?s (Leib) affected feeling, which may be unveiled in psychotherapy not only through verbal language, which involves the expression of physiognomy, the gestures, and the intensity and tone of voice, but also through pictorial images and stories. We make sure thatthe patient, when sharing the experience they lived, intends to signify the way the feeling of their very body (Leib) is affected. These affects that are entrailed in the body (Körper) are objects of this research, since the patient intends to give meaning to the phenomena so that they can appropriate through interpretative comprehension, in such a wayto turn conscious the sense and the direction towards which the self-moving and the moving tend, and thus reflect, elaborate, and resignify, reorienting themselves in the path of existence. The authors show in this case study of patient N. that her moving turned from melancholic depression to the creative aesthetic state.
