RESUMEN

La investigación en Sistemas y Servicios de Salud es una de las menos abordadas por los profesionales de enfermería en Cuba. Lo anterior se evidencia en el reducido número de proyectos de este tipo de investigación que son presentados a las convocatorias anuales del Programa Ramal que los gestiona. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y documental con el objetivo de analizar algunas de las posibles causas de este distanciamiento. El análisis permitió identificar algunos aspectos que pueden estar influyendo en la escasa identificación de los enfermeros con la realización de estas investigaciones que, a primera vista, podría considerarse una situación casual.

ABSTRACT

The research work in health systems and services is one of the topics less addressed by the nursing professionals in Cuba. The above-mentioned is evinced in the small number of research projects in this area that are submitted to the annual events of the Branch Program promoting research. A literature and documentary review was made to analyze some of the possible causes of the present situation. This analysis allowed identifying some aspects that may influence the poor identification of the nurses with the carrying out of such line of research that, at first sight, might be considered a casual situation.
