Nesse grande estudo,1 uma única sigmoidoscopia flexível ao redor dos 60 anos de idade foi associada à redução da incidência de câncer colorretal, mas não à redução na mortalidade.
ABSTRACT
In this large study, 1 a single flexible sigmoidoscopy around 60 years of age was associated with reduced incidence of colorectal cancer, but no reduction in mortality.
