RESUMO

O artigo aborda a liberdade humana a partir do legado filósofo de José Ortega y Gasset como possibilidade de caminho para a compreensão humana. Afinal, a psicoterapia lida essencialmente com o problema da liberdade, já que o homem responde ao que lhe vem ao encontro. O filósofo madrileno, ao colocar o homem como protagonista de sua vida, favorece a abertura a um modo específico de atenção, demarcando uma atitude clínica que renuncie qualquer redução do humano a dimensões meramente orgânicas, psicológicas ou sociais, reduzindo-o, portanto, à figura amorfa de quem, nada ou pouco, pode fazer por si mesmo.

ABSTRACT

The article deals with human freedom from the legacy of philosopher José Ortega y Gasset as a possible way to human understanding. After all, psychotherapy deals primarily with the problem of freedom, as the man replies that comes to the meeting. The philosopher of Madrid, to put man as the protagonist of his life, promotes openness to the specific attention, marking a clinical attitude to abandon any reduction in the human dimensions purely organic, psychological or social, reducing it, so the amorphous figure of whom little or nothing you can do for yourself.
