ABSTRACT

The trypomastigotes were aglutinated by imune animals serum in several dilutions, However, when treated with biotherapic D30, the trypomastigotes were not aglutinate by all dilutions utilized. When diluted 1?2 rat serum aglutination acorred. The results suggest the presence of aglutinating antibodies apper soon and is related with the control of the acute phase of humoral immunity
