Examen práctico estructurado por objetivos aplicado en Ciencias Morfológicas / Practical examination structured by targets applied in Morphologic Sciences

RESUMEN

Con el objetivo de perfeccionar el sistema de evaluación en la disciplina de Morfología, se realizó el examen final de la asignatura Morfología II por la modalidad de examen práctico estructura por objetivos (ESPO). El instrumento a aplicar en el examen fue elaborado por el colectivo de profesores. Se plantearon las siguientes condiciones: que hubiese una correspondencia entre la evaluación y los objetivos generales y contenidos de la asignatura, que el examen fuese claro y que permitiese medir la solidez, que los medios de enseñanza estuviesen acorde con el instrumento y evaluar el proceso y el producto a través de la observación del desempeño. Se crearon 3 circuitos de 10 estaciones cada uno. Cada examen fue evaluado por el mismo profesor. El evaluador llevó el control de la nota otorgada a cada alumno y al final del examen se tuvo en cuenta los criterios evaluativos previamente acordados, por último se emitió la nota final. Las evaluaciones obtenidas por los alumnos se concentraron en 3 y 4, siendo mayor el número de evaluados con 4. Respondiendo a los criterios de validez, confiabilidad y solidez. Los alumnos mostraron aceptación por este tipo de examen. Los profesores deben continuar trabajando en el sistema de elaboración de las preguntas de las estaciones de los distintos circuitos. El ESPO es un método de posible aplicación en las Ciencias Básicas(AU)

ABSTRACT

In order to improve the system of evaluation in the discipline of Morphology, a final test of Morphology II was made by using the modality of objective structured practical examination (OSPE). The instrument to be applied in the test was prepared by the collective of professors. The following conditions were necessary: a correspondence between the evaluation and the general objectives and content of the subject, that the test was clear and allowed to measure soundness that the teaching aids were in accordance with the instrument, and that the process and the product were evaluated through the observation of their perfomance. 3 circuits of 10 stations each were created. The tests were evaluated by the same professor who controlled the marks given to the students. At the end of the test, the previously agreed evaluative criteria were taken into account and the final mark was given. The evaluations obtained by the students were 3 and 4. Most of then got 4, according to the criteria of validity, reliability and soundness. This type of test was accepted by the students. Professors should continue working with the questions of the stations of the different circuits. The objective structured examination is a method that may be used in Basic Sciences(AU)
