RESUMEN
Se informa el caso de una paciente femenina de 60 años con historia de presentar protrusión de ambos globos oculares de aproximadamente 7 años de evolución con varios estudios realizados sin concluirse diagnóstico. Se le realiza una biopsia de órbita mediante el método de aspiración con aguja fina y bajo control ultrasonográfico. Se diagnosticó Linfoma no Hodgkin.
ABSTRACT
The case of a 60-year-old female patient that presented protrusion of both eyeballs of approximately 7 years of evolution is reported. Several studies had been conducted, but there was not a final diagnosis. A biopsy of the orbit was performed by fine needle aspiration under ultrasonographic control. A non-Hodgkin lymphoma was diagnosed.
