ABSTRACT
In this study, the authors presenting a new technology on dental implant component system to construct a titanium bar, used as an infrastructure in the immediate loading protocol. A 56-years old completely edentulous male patient, right after placement of six titanium fixtures in the maxillary arch, had his upper denture transformed into an immediate fixed prosthesis with a metallic structure in its core. The procedure was done utilizing the own´s patient prosthesis and the new Ultra Coifa H and Ultra Coifa V, build with slots, where a titanium bar was placed. The aim of this study is to show a simple and a high predictability technique, that restores function and esthetics in a single session. This metallic infra-structure is fabricated very quickly without using any welding or melting processes
