RESUMO
O tratamento da Classe III com compensação dentária nem sempre é a melhor alternativa. Contudo, frente a determinadas situações torna-se uma opção aceitável. Este trabalho apresenta algumas características que influenciam nesta escolha, demonstrando-as na apresentação de um caso clínico.
ABSTRACT
Class III treatment with dental compensation is not always the Best alternative. Nevertheless, before certain situations, it becomes na acceptable option. This paper presents some characteristics that influence in this choice, demonstrating them in a clinical case.
