Reabilitação profissional: o que pensa o trabalhador sobre sua reinserção / Professional rehabilitation: what the worker thinks about their reintegration

RESUMO

A reintegração dos trabalhadores que se encontram parcialmente incapacitados, por motivo de doença ou acidente, é um processo complexo que depende do padrão de interação entre as várias instâncias trabalhador, INSS, empresa e família. Assim, o estudo buscou conhecer a vivência do trabalhador segurado em seu processo de reinserção laboral na empresa de vínculo, procurando avaliar aspectos do trabalhador e do Programa de Reabilitação Profissional que contribuem efetivamente para uma adequada readaptação no mercado de trabalho e em seu contexto familiar e social. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com 05 trabalhadores. Verificou-se, por meio deste estudo, que os trabalhadores retornaram ao mesmo local de trabalho e para a mesma função, com restrição de tarefas ou para outra atividade. Observou-se a falta de integração entre os objetivos do Programa de Reabilitação Profissional - por parte do INSS - e entre as empresas. A reabilitação é considerada uma alternativa de retorno ao trabalho e um espaço de reflexão e construção de novos caminhos para serem trilhados por estes trabalhadores que buscam um novo significado para suas vidas. ABSTRACT

The reintegration of workers who are partially incapacitated due to such incidents is a complex process, depending largely on the standard of integration between several factors, including the worker, social security, the company, and the family. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 5 workers. The aim was to understand the meaning of the return process to each of them, evaluating aspects of both the workers and the Professional Rehabilitation Program that effectively contribute to adequate readaptation within the job market as well as in a family and social context. The importance of assessing professional rehabilitation lies in the fact that it is within the workplace that the last stage of this process takes place. There is lack of integration between the objectives of Professional Rehabilitation Program by the INSS and companies. This study led to the conclusion that the workers returned to the same workplace and to the same job, but performed restricted tasks or took on different activities. Rehabilitation is not only considered an alternative to returning to work, but also as psychological space for reflection and the construction of new pathways workers to follow in search of new meaning in their lives.
