RESUMEN
Paciente femenino de 10 meses 10 días edad, con antecedentes quirúrgico de cirugía paliativa al ventrículo a los 3 meses de nacimiento, ingreso por emergencia pediátrica por motivo de fiebre y dificultad respiratoria diagnosticándose síndrome obstructivo bronquial (SOBA), neumonía probable con patología de fondo de cardiopatía congénita acianótica y síndrome de Down. Fecha de nacimiento 30 de abril de 2011. Edad 10 meses 8 días. Sexo Femenino. Fecha de ingreso al hospital 07/02/2012. Fecha de ingreso a servicio de pediatría 08/02/2012. Diagnóstico médico cardiopatía acianótica (tipo Comunicación interauricular, comunicación interventricular), hipertensión pulmonar, síndrome de Down, SOBA, neumonía probable.
ABSTRACT
Female patient, 10 months 10 days old with a history of surgical ventricle palliative surgery at 3 months of birth. The patient is admitted to the emergency unit fever and respiratory distress, she was diagnosed with a bronchial obstructive syndrome; likely pneumonia that it was associated to congenital heart disease and Down syndrome. Date of birth April 30, 2011. Age 10 months 8 days. Gender Female. Date of admission to hospital February 07, 2012. Date of joining pediatric service February 08, 2012. Medical diagnosis acyanotic congenital heart disease (type Atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect), pulmonary hypertension, Down syndrome, bronchial obstructive syndrome likely pneumonia.
