Acidente de trabalho típico e bipoder / Typical work accident and biopower

RESUMO

Contemporaneamente, os acidentes de trabalho típico ainda vêm se mantendo como uma temática extremamente relevante à malha social. A Previdência (INSS), em 2007, registrou 653.090 acidentes de trabalho. Diante desse quadro estatístico, diversos órgãos públicos têm se empenhado no enfrentamento das ocorrências caracterizadas como acidentes de trabalho típico (ATs). Esta pesquisa originou-se de parte da dissertação que almejou colocar em análise práticas que permeiam as investigações de determinados órgãos públicos no Estado do Espírito Santo quanto à ocorrência dos acidentes de trabalho típico, buscando expandir as problematizações acerca da binarização da culpa pelo acidente, ora atribuída ao empregador, ora ao empregado. Recorreu-se, como aporte teórico-conceitual, ao conceito-ferramenta de Biopoder desenvolvido por Michel Foucault, para lançar uma análise acerca do Biopoder e das políticas de controle dos acidentes. Conclui que se processam mecanismos de subjetivação que parecem reduzir a importância da transversalidade/atravessamentos de instituições na constituição dos acidentes de trabalho.

ABSTRACT

Contemporarily, typical job accidents are still being kept as an extremely relevant theme to society. The Social Welfare (INSS), in 2007, registered 653,090 work accidents. Owing to the statistics, several public offices have committed in facing the incidents characterized as typical work injuries (AT). This research was originated from a dissertation which aimed to put in analysis the investigation practices in some public agencies in Espírito Santo State as the occurrence of typical work injuries, aiming to expand the questions concerning the binary guilt for the accident - sometimes due to the employer, sometimes due to the employee. In this article, we focus on the second chapter of the dissertation, for we used the tool-concept of Biopower developed by Michel Foucault, to launch an analysis on Biopower and the accident-control policies We conclude that subjectivation mechanisms are processed in a way to quell the importance of the trasversality of institutions in the formation of work accidents.
