Jóvenes infractores de ley y ley de responsabilidad penal: revisión bibliográfica / Juvenile offenders and criminal responsibility law: literature review

RESUMEN

El artículo ofrece una revisión bibliográfica comprensiva desde el modelo ecológico sobre los jóvenes infractores de ley en el mundo y en nuestro país. Integra las influencias biológicas, psicológicas, familiares y sociales significativas en el desarrollo de la identidad y conducta del joven delincuente. Se revisa la psicopatología asociada, estudios sobre psicopatía y aspectos clínicos terapéuticos. Se abordan los estudios realizados en Chile y, los primeros resultados de las intervenciones estatales; queda de manifiesto la necesidad de buscar estrategias integrales en rehabilitación e inserción social.

ABSTRACT

This article presents a comprehensive literature review from the ecological model on young offenders in the world and in our country. Biological, psychological, social and family influences are important in the development of identity and behaviour of young offenders. Also there are reviews studies about psychopathology, psychopath, clinical approaches and treatments. In addition, this paper integrates studies in Chile on the subject and the first results of the state aid, leaving out the need to seek comprehensive approaches in rehabilitation and social integration.
