A paternidade no contexto da separação e da guarda dos filhos / Paternity in the context of parental splitting and children guardianship

RESUMO

Este estudo se oferece como um caminho de reflexão sobre aspectos que envolvem a paternidade no contexto da separação e da guarda dos filhos, a partir da perspectiva da figura paterna. Isso, por entender que, historicamente, para o pai, o momento da separação conjugal, também caracteriza a separação dos filhos. Inicialmente foi enfatizada a realidade das famílias contemporâneas, suas diferentes configurações e as modificações ocorridas nas relações de parentalidade. Posteriormente, na busca por entender como o pai se insere na realidade da separação e com relação à guarda dos filhos, procurou-se compreender a forma como a paternidade se constitui e se reconfigura após esta ruptura familiar. Entende-se, pois, que a compreensão dessa realidade familiar a partir do ponto de vista do pai, permite ampliar o olhar sobre o fenômeno e possibilita a realização de ações de enfrentamento à problemática da separação conjugal e das relações parentais.

ABSTRACT

This study presents a reflection about aspects that involve paternity in the context of parental splitting and children guardianship, from the perspective of the father. It is understood that, historically, regarding the father, the moment of marital splitting comes together with splitting up from the children. Initially, the reality of contemporaneous families was emphasized, as well as their different configurations and the modifications occurred concerning parental relationships. Later, the understanding about the ways paternity constitutes itself and is altered after such family rupture is explored, aiming to understand how the father inserts himself in the reality of marital splitting and concerning children guardianship. The understanding of such family reality, from the perspective of the father, will allow to widen the comprehension about such phenomena and to pursue actions to face the problem of marital splitting and parental relationships.
